There are a number of resources that can assist you as you work with your site and your EasyHost account.

EasyHost Help Center

Available at help.easyhost.com, the Help Center provides a number of Guides, Manuals and FAQs that contain important information about your hosting account. Many of these documents are availabe in both online and PDF format. You may want to download and print the PDF versions of the manuals for future reference.

The Help Center also provides a Search feature that enables you to quickly search all of the online documentation for specific words or phrases.

SiteSamples

The SiteSamples site provides "real world" examples for Windows 2000 plans that can assist you as you create and maintain your site on EasyHost's Windows platforms. You can access the SiteSamples at: http://www.[domainname.com]/sitesamples/.

EasyHost Customer Support

All of EasyHost's plans include unlimited email support available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can contact support via email at support@easyhost.com. Gold Plus Plans and above also provide phone support. SiteEasy's Support section makes it easy for you to contact billing and technical support as well as access EasyHost's Help Center.
