Using SiteMail
EasyHost's SiteMail-a Web-based email interface-enables you to check your email messages at any time and from any location as long as you have a browser and an Internet connection. To launch SiteMail, point your browser to https://sitemail.easyhost.com. You will be prompted for your user name and password.
If you are the Master User, enter your Master User name and password. Otherwise, enter the user name and password that was created for you in SiteEasy.
EasyHost is currently implementing changes to shared hosting plans that affect email and account types. Details and instructions for completing various tasks vary depending upon when you set up your account and/or whether your migration to the new system has been completed. To determine your current status, log in to SiteEasy and select Email. The Email main page indicates whether you are currently on the Advanced Mail Service or Standard Mail Service.
If you are on the Advanced Mail Service, enter your full email address, including the domain name. For example, myaddress@sampledomain.com.
You can change your email password in SiteEasy. For detailed instructions, see the SiteEasy User Guide.
This logs you in to your email account and launches the SiteMail application.
