Compatible Web Browsers

Because SiteCLERK is a browser-based program that runs in a Web browser, it is important that the browser you are using is compatible with SiteCLERK.

Recommended Browsers

For optimal performance, we recommend using one of the following browsers:

IE 6.0 or higher

Netscape 7.1 or higher

Mozilla 1.3.1 or higher (except on Mac)

You should not change browsers during a SiteCLERK session. If you need to work with or preview your SiteCLERK site in different browsers, be sure to log out first and then log back in using the new browser.

General Browser Compatibility

Updates, service patches and other software applications installed on your operating system may result in compatibility issues. If you experience issues when using one browser, you may want to try a different browser to see if that resolves the problem.
