Canceling your EasyHost service

You can cancel your EasyHost Plan at any time. Once you cancel service for a selected domain, your site will no longer be accessible by you or your visitors.

In order to cancel your service, you must contact EasyHost's Billing Team Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Central Time at (312) 994-7658. EasyHost's billing representatives will assist you with the cancellation process. Please be aware that there are no pro-rated refunds after the first 30 days of service.
