Changing your SiteEasy password

Your SiteEasy password is the password you use to log in to SiteEasy. You can change this password at any time. Keep in mind that your SiteEasy password is not the same password you use to access your mail or FTP files. You can change those passwords in the Users/Passwords section of SiteEasy. For details, see Changing an account password.

To change your SiteEasy password:

1. In SiteEasy, click Change Preferences. The User Preferences page appears.

   

2. Click Change SiteEasy Login Password. The Change SiteEasy Password page appears.

   

3. Enter your new password. Be sure it meets the requirements outlined on this page. Then, retype it in the Repeat New Password field to confirm.
4. Click Change.

The next time you log in to SiteEasy, you will use your new password.
